William “Bill” Irwin
Agency Principal
William Bill Irwin
Bill Irwin is Agency Principal at TCI Agencies, the brokerage arm of Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he sets the agency’s direction and the standard it holds itself to on every account.
Before insurance, Bill worked in business consulting and foreign investment banking. He draws on that background to keep TCI Agencies focused on the fundamentals: correct coverage, honest advice, and real relationships.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Notre Dame and carries the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
Alec Graham

Alec Graham
Alec Graham is Director of Sales at TCI Agencies, the commercial P&C brokerage division of Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he runs the sales team and the systems that support it. During any given week he goes wherever the agency needs him most: working a complex deal alongside a producer, sitting with a claims adjuster to advocate for a client, or tightening processes that make sure clients feel the difference TCI Agencies was built to deliver.
He started in insurance in 2018 and has worked with businesses across nearly every size and segment, which gave him a clear read on what owners value and where the traditional independent agency model falls short. He collaborated alongside Principal Bill Irwin to design and launch TCI Agencies from the ground, around a guiding philosophy of taking the duty, stewardship, and protection of people seriously.
Alec holds a B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and he’s based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Cheryl Adams

Cheryl Adams
Cheryl Adams is Vice President at TCI Agencies’ parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where she oversees accounting, claims processing, contract remittance, and cancellations.
She started as a Claims Representative and worked her way up over 22 years with Trans-City; learning every step of the operation she now runs. That ground-up path is why detail is central to how she works.
Cheryl holds a B.S. in Business Administration, carries multiple LOMA certifications, and is currently pursuing a national Bookkeeping certification.
Paul South

Paul South
Paul South is Vice President at TCI Agencies’ parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he runs the technology and maintains the systems and infrastructure the entire company relies on to serve its clients.
Paul has been with Trans-City for over 20 years; he knows where the systems came from, why they were built the way they were, and what it takes to keep them current as the industry changes.
His work happens behind the scenes, which is exactly why the rest of the team can stay focused on clients.
Aleks Glavatovic

Aleks Glavatovic
Aleks Glavatovic is Vice President at TCI Agencies’ parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where she leads accounting and keeps the financials accurate and the day-to-day numbers dependable.
Over 15 years, Aleks has built a reputation for precision and for improving how the work gets done, and she works closely with auditors each year to make sure the companies stay on track.
She carries the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) designation.
David Garnice
Claims Advocate & Account Manager
David Garnice, AIC
David Garnice is the Claims Advocate and Account Manager at TCI Agencies, the brokerage division of Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he handles workers’ compensation claims with a focus on complex, litigated files.
He’s been working claims for more than 49 years, including serving as liaison between third-party administrators and state agencies during audits and between self-insured administrators and their insureds during file reviews; plus handling and overseeing excess claims in both workers’ compensation and liability.
David is licensed in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Montana, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming, carries an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation, and holds a California self-insurance certification.
Erick Martinez

Erick Martinez
Erick Martinez is an Insurance Consultant at TCI Agencies, the commercial insurance brokerage division of Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he helps clients understand their options and make decisions with clarity and confidence.
Licensed since 2023, Erick works from a straightforward conviction that honesty, transparency, and quality-service still matter, and he puts the client’s interests first while explaining the rest in plain terms.
He traces back to a belief he grew up with at home (integrity is still a value), and it shows in how he handles every account.
Daniel Rue

Daniel Rue
Daniel Rue is the assistant office manager at TCI Agencies’ parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he keeps the team’s day-to-day running and makes sure the small things that hold an operation together don’t fall through. Daniel handles all bond issuances for clients for TCI Agencies.
Daniel has been with Trans-City since 2017 and has built a close familiarity with how the company works and what it expects; his eye for detail and willingness to help are what keep the routines from turning into a problem.
He’s been in Arizona since 2015, and outside work he enjoys drawing.
Justin Brummer

Justin Brummer
Justin Brummer is a Senior Account Manager at TCI Agencies’ parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he serves dealerships and business owners across Arizona.
Since joining Trans-City in 2006, he’s built a deep relationship network, especially among rural and specialty dealers; that gives him a practical read on regional operations and the insurance problems that come with them.
He spends his time helping those clients protect what they’ve built and keep it growing.

Dan Winkhaus
Dan Winkhaus is a Senior Account Manager at TCI Agencies and its parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he helps business clients work through complex insurance needs; with the consultant’s habit of digging into the operation before recommending coverage.
His nearly 30 years in the field run from the dealership floor through sales and finance management and into corporate roles at Nuvell Financial and GMAC Dealer Services, building real depth in risk assessment, underwriting, and relationship management.
Dan is a licensed professional in the State of Arizona and an AFIP certificant.
Hayden Brown

Hayden Brown
Hayden Brown is an Account Manager at TCI Agencies’ parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where he works to understand how a client’s business actually runs before shaping the coverage around it.
Hayden spent more than 5 years in business management before insurance, most recently as Finance Manager at Berge Mazda VW, with earlier roles at ABC Nissan and R.M. Stoudt Ford that gave him hands-on experience running multi-location businesses and managing financial risk.
He holds a B.A. in Business and an M.A. in Business Leadership from the University of Jamestown, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Yesenia Farias & Katherine Funez
Yesenia Farias and Katherine Funez are the Billing Specialists at TCI Agencies and its parent company, Trans-City Insurance Companies, where they keep billing accurate and the day-to-day administrative work moving smoothly.
The pair joined the team in 2024, Yesenia in May and Katherine in October, and quickly became a reliable pairing on the billing side of the operation.
Outside the office, Yesenia is happiest with a good book and Katherine with a show worth bingeing.

Tara Reyes & Hailey Reyes
Tara and Hailey Reyes are Administrative Assistants, keeping the office organized and the everyday details handled so the rest of the team can focus on clients.
Both are part of a family legacy at TCI Agencies and its parent company, Trans-City: Tara has been in her administrative support role for two years, following her mother’s path at the company, and Hailey joined within the past year, continuing a connection that now spans generations.
Outside work, Hailey reads widely across genres and Tara is usually planning her next trip.
